Things to know before booking
No online payment
You need a credit card to book, but payment is always made in person. The card is only used to pay the cancellation fee, in the event of a cancellation within less than 24 hours of the reservation.
Confirmation E-mail
A few seconds after your online reservation, we will send a confirmation email. Check it to make sure your booking details are correct. If the number of participants changes, we will adjust it upon your arrival.
Relevant information on booking our escape rooms
- You must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your game
- Your group will not be mixed with another. Your room is booked privately, for your group only
- Payment is completed on-site. We accept cash, debit, or credit (Visa or Mastercard)
- All promotions will be applied when payment is made on-site.
- Time slots are available 50 days in advance. It is possible to book multiple rooms in the same booking.
- We recommend a ratio of one adult per two kids under 11 yo.
- Every group must have at least one player of 16 yo or older.
